Clarence “Rick” Nappier has real world business development experience going back 20+ years ago as a corporate sales manager at a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Los Angeles.

In a nutshell, business development has three components company owners need to master: productivity, performance and profitability.

Clarence believes all sales team success begin with proper onboarding. Sure sales aptitude questionnaires are important, but all revenue generating activities performed by individuals require a proven sales system.

Business development talent does not come naturally. Clarence is fortunate to have received his first taste of working with people in several home-based opportunities. He never forgets that small steps at the beginning has led to great opportunities,
